Antler Ridge is conveniently located in Gallatin County, Montana, just a few minutes’ drive from Big Sky Resort, which boasts the “biggest skiing in America.”  Nestled into a sunny hillside at an elevation of 6900 feet, the development contains 65 single family lots surrounded by 190 acres of open space conservation land providing residents with exceptional privacy and views.

Wildflowers and wildlife are abundant, with deer, moose, elk, fox, bear, and other wildlife wandering freely throughout the neighborhood utilizing migration trails established over eons of habitation resulting from our proximity to Yellowstone National Park’s world famous ecosystem.  Dark, starry, night skies accentuate the natural beauty of the community due to a lack of lights which one can only experience in rural areas like Big Sky.

Antler Ridge is part of the vibrant all-season community of Big Sky. Big Sky offers miles of trails for cross country skiing, world class fishing, hiking, hunting, horseback riding, river rafting, golf and other outdoor recreations. The West entrance of Yellowstone National Park is an hour away.

The Antler Ridge Homeowners Association provides essential services to the members of the community cost effectively, with its own community water and sewer system.  Services, which include potable water supply, sanitary sewer disposal, maintenance of the roadways, snow plowing through the winter season, exotic vegetation control and wildfire mitigation activities are all included in its low annual association dues, making Antler Ridge one of the most affordable places to live in Big Sky. The homeowner association design guidelines assure architectural consistency while allowing diversity in design to reflect owners personalities.

With a perfect location midway between the Meadow and the Mountain Village of Big Sky, Antler Ridge is a warm and welcoming community comprised of residents from all over the US and abroad.
